Nokia Siemens Networks’ Suzhou factory in China celebrated the production of the 2 millionth Flexi Base Station TRX on the 13th of December, The company also inaugurated the Suzhou IHub to strengthen its manufacturing capability.
“The 2 millionth Flexi Base Station TRX* marks another milestone for us in China signifying a new stage of innovation and leadership.” said Zhang Zhiqiang, President of Nokia Siemens Networks Greater China Region. “The iHub is an innovation in supply chain management. It will increase the manufacturing efficiency and accelerate the development of the whole ecosystem.”
Established in 1998, the Suzhou factory is one of Nokia Siemens Networks’ largest production bases for radio products for global customers.

Celebrating the 2 millionth Flexi Base Station TRX at our Suzhou factory
The inauguration of the Suzhou iHUB aims to improve the overall efficiency of the company’s supply chain. The iHUB, created as an inbound raw material distribution center in close proximity to suppliers, will help suppliers with better visibility of Nokia Siemens’ global demand and also simplify their purchase interfaces.
